Highly Sugar-containing or fructose syrup:

It is understandable that sugar is very hard to completely avoid, however, reducing the intake of sugar from your diet can help.

Fried foods:

Fried foods are neither good for health nor for health, because of many reasons, and the inflammatory property is one of them. The way the oil is heated and the different unhealthy oils used in frying worsen the inflammation

Refined Carbs:

Consuming whole grains is very good for health and heart as they contain a good amount of fiber required by the body which helps in processing of carbohydrates and fats. However, in refined carbs, this fiber is not present by which the blood sugar rises and contributes to inflammation.

Alcohol:

Alcohol consumption in excess can also increase the inflammation too. However, alcohol can also cause other problems very well. Inflammation is one of its property.
